The Sealife serie is part of my graduation project 2024 from the ‘Klassieke Academie voor Beeldende Kunst’ but I will expand this serie with more wood and linocut prints. This serie depicts ocean wildlife in their natural habitats from different perspectives. I chose for animals and habitats that peaked my interest and wanted to experiment on how to use the texture of the wood and linoleum. For example; in the Tigershark print the waves are actually the nerves of the wood that I traced.
